Here are some of the top questions we see in our inbox. Thanks for asking them. We want to make sure you are super happy! 

Order Processing

How long does it take to print and process my order?
We typically ship out your personalized product within 5-7 days. Sometimes even faster! YAY! During the busy holiday season (typically late November through December) turnaround time can take up to 2 weeks. Please get your orders in early for holidays. We will always tell you the cut off date for guaranteed delivery for big holidays on the home page.

Why does processing take so long during holidays? 
Our fabulous team personally prints each item right here in our Utah warehouse. Each one is carefully looked over for perfection. We have a strong team who works many hours to get these out to you as fast as possible. We wanted to create a company of beautiful pillowcases, swaddles, blankets, and towels that will last a long time. 

Yes, there are faster companies out there who can do mass production very quickly, but we haven't found any that have the quality and service we provide.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Regular shipping is 7.99 for all orders. Priority shipping fees are 12.99. And International is 19.99.

How long does shipping take?  
Transit time will depend on your chosen shipping method. 

  • During the holiday season, shipping is delayed. We typically can get packages sent out within 14 business days of the order. Shipping will take additional time for delivery. 
  • Delivery is usually within 7-10 business days during the year.

General Questions

What is your return policy? Because we are a personalization company all sales are final. If a mistake has been made on our end when designing your order we will be happy to replace it for you at no charge. If a mistake was made when placing the order we do charge a remake fee. This is why we suggest to double check your spelling and customizations. All remakes need to be done within 90 days of the original order.

Why can't I see the names on my order confirmation?  
We are currently working on that. You can see them in your orders though. Log into your account and you'll see those darling names.

Can I do a custom designed picture? 
Not yet. We have that on our bucket list. That will be a super fun feature once available. Imagine the possibilities!

Can I get an update on my order? 
You'll get an update emailed to you once it's been printed. Then you'll get another one once it's been shipped out. It will even have tracking on it!  YAY!

What are the washing instructions? 
Wash as normal. They can be put in the dryer too. We wanted them to be easy and family friendly when it came to washing. 

Do you offer group pricing on your products?
